Jyoikigen Tuyu Daiginjo is a tobin sake, that is the lees is separated from the sake using gravity drip after fermentation. This time consuming technique creates an elegant and extra delicate sake.

Bouquet is fruity with hints of sweet melon. Sharp and simple with notes of green grape, lime zest. Prominent acidity throughout with a balanced umami palate with a dry finish.
