Q: Can you deliver outside the delivery range?

A: Yes! Please get in touch with us so we can work out a solution for you.

 

Q: I would like to order from more than one restaurant at once, is it possible?

A: Yes! Please contact our team direct and we’ll work this out for you.

 

Q: How do I know the order is confirmed once I paid successfully?

A: A confirmation email will be sent to your email inbox. Please also check your junk/spam folder.

 

Q: I received an email saying “your order is confirmed but without full order details such as delivery date & time”, what should I do?

A: Double check your junk/spam folder in your mailbox. Or call our restaurant team soon.  

 

Q: I want to change my order info or cancel my order, what should I do?

A: Please contact us by WhatsApp or email at your earliest convenience.

 

Q: Can I arrange corporate order or catering from your online platform?
