Q: How can I benefit from the takeaway offer?

A: Go to Takeaway section on home page > select the restaurant > add items to your cart > check out. The offer will automatically be applied on the checkout page.

Q: Can you deliver outside our delivery range?

A: Yes! Please get in touch with us so we can work on a solution for you.

 Q: I would like to order from more than one restaurant at once, is it possible?

A: Yes! Get in touch with us and we’ll work on it with you.

Q: How do I know the order is confirmed once I pay successfully?

A: A confirmation mail will be sent over to your email. Please check your junk/spam folder.

Q: I received an mail saying “your order is confirmed but without order full details such as delivery date & time”, what should I do?

A: Double check your junk/spam folder in your mailbox. Or get in touch with us.   

Q: I want to change my order info or cancel my order, what should I do?

A: Please get in touch with us through email or WhatsApp.

Q: Can I arrange corporate order or catering from your online platform?
