Joe’s Tasting Menu is a six-course meal available at HK$1,180 per guest and features seasonal sushi and sashimi, A5 Saga beef usuyaki with spring onions and garlic chips, tempura, a hearty bowl of Inaniwa udon with lobster broth, and a Kyoto matcha ice cream dessert to complete the meal. A sake and cocktail pairing is also available for an additional HK$380 per person.
