Our Rewards Tiers
When you join LKF Elite, you'll become an Elite member. A membership year lasts 12 months from the date you enrolled, renewed, upgraded or downgraded into your current member status.
Upon renewal, upgrade or downgrade, your Points will remain and new membership year begins. Points expire after 365 days upon earning.
Upgrades occur as soon as you accrue enough Points to enter the next status threshold within a membership year. Multiple status upgrades is allowed, you can upgrade to Diamond membership if you have accrued enough points for the upgrade, after the Gold Tier.

Elite -> Gold
A cumulative points of 20,000 points within 1 year (365 days). The rank up is automatic once you have accumulated the required points.

The LKF Elite Rewards program is a points-based program with different membership tiers and redemption levels.

Upon completion of your meal at any of our LKF Concepts restaurants, and you have provided details to our staff that you are a LKF Elite members, the points will be credited automatically after you have completed the meal.
Self Pickup / Delivery Orders made via lkfconcepts.com will receive points after completion of the order as well.
Yes, points expire after 365 days it was earned. Points will not be brought forward to the new year, nor reinstated upon expiry.
If you did not accumulate the required spending to maintain the current rank (20,000 Points for Gold, 50,000 Points for Diamond) in 1 calendar year from your join date / renewal date, you will downgrade 1 rank (Diamond-> Gold, Gold -> Elite).
Rank downgrade does not jump (Diamond -> Elite).
Changing of ranks do not affect the points that you have collected thus far.
Yes, best friends don't leave each other out. Refer the LKF Elite program to a friend by sharing the referral link, you can then receive a HK$ 100 Voucher when you friend has spent more than HK$100.

Please also tell us why you think the points are missing, and attach any related dining receipts that you suspect is not added.
Voucher Usage Terms and Conditions
- Dining Voucher can only be used for dine-in food and beverage consumption at any restaurants under LKF Concepts.
- Dining Voucher is valid for 2 months from the date of redemption and blackout dates apply: Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Rugby 7s, New Year’s Eve, public holidays and their eves (except general Sunday).
- Only one Dining Voucher can be used per table and per transaction.
- Dining Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, discounts, private events, purchase of gift card and deposit payment.
- Dining Voucher has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. The full amount will be deducted and unused balance will be forfeited.
- LKF Concepts reserves the right to amend the rewards’ terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of disputes, the decision of LKF Concepts shall be final.
Refer a friend Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility: The LKF Elite Refer a Friend is open to all our customers. To be eligible for the program, the referred friend must be a new customer and not linked to the same household as the referrer or the order will be cancelled.
- Referral Rewards: The referred friend will also receive a HK$ 100 welcome voucher for their first purchase. The referrer will receive a HK$ 100 voucher for each friend they refer who makes a qualifying purchase.
- Redeeming Vouchers: Vouchers are redeemable against future purchases and cannot be used on the same order in which they were awarded. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions. Please refer to the Voucher Usage Terms and Conditions.
- Limitations on Use: Each voucher can only be used once per table and for one transaction only. Vouchers has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Abuse of the Scheme: Misuse of the LKF Elite Refer a Friend, such as referring oneself (with different emails) or people living at the same address, may lead to the cancellation of referral vouchers and/or the suspension or termination of your account. We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of participants and the validity of referrals.
- Changes to the Scheme: We reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate the LKF Elite Refer a Friend at any time for any reason. This may include, but is not limited to, changing the amount of the rewards or the conditions for earning rewards.
- Disputes: Any disputes arising from or related to the LKF Elite Refer a Friend will be decided by LKF Concepts, and the decision is final.
